My name is Adam, and I’m the new CEO here at Envelopes.com. I wanted to take a moment to share why I’m posting this note on Trustpilot. I know you have countless options when it comes to where you shop, and the fact that you’ve chosen to trust us really means a lot. We don’t take that lightly. Behind every order is someone’s brand, business, or project — something personal and important — and we want to be a partner in helping it look its best. Customer satisfaction isn’t a campaign for us; it’s the point of what we do. My job is to make sure that trust is earned every single time. If you’ve had a great experience with us, I’d be grateful if you shared it here. And if there’s ever something we can do better, please let us know. You can always reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to make it right. We read every review and use it to do our best for you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of what you’re creating. I hope we get to do it again soon. — Adam AdelmanCEO, Envelopes.comUPDATED October 1, 2025

This is the second time I have ordered from Envelopes.com. The quality is fabulous. The self-seal envelopes are so easy to use. The printing quality is excellent. I ordered 2000 envelopes.

I’ve ordered from Envelopes.com multiple times and they consistently exceed expectations. The product quality is excellent—thick, durable paper with vibrant colors that look exactly as shown online. Orders ship quickly, are well packaged, and arrive on time, even with larger or custom quantities. Their website is easy to navigate, pricing is competitive, and the selection is unmatched. On the rare occasion I’ve had a question, customer service was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
