Jason of Entry Only is very professional. Being our first time utilizing FSBO we were not sure what to expect. Before learning of Entry Only we were introduced to several real estate agents who could easily sell your home if the price was their price, and not yours. We believed in our turn key home and fair selling price, but it was Jason and Entry Only who gave us the confidence to sell FSBO. Jason went above and beyond in answering our questions, and was always available when needed prior to our making any MLS changes and updates. Our home received a good amount of activity and a full price offer within one week, but unfortunately fell out. We temporarily suspended our listing over a slow market and busy summer vacation month, but afterwards, reactivated our listing with a price increase. Activity was steady and again, we received another full price offer that sold, all within normal marketable days on market for the type of real estate market we were in. We could not have done this under our time frame allowed without the expertise and assistance of Jason since we resided out of state and only returned summers. Jason is fair and cares about the importance of the selling of your home as it pertains to your specific situation. We would highly recommend Jason and the professional team of Entry Only to any potential FSBO seller.

Very good experience with Entry Only. As a licensed real estate agent in Florida, and previously in Maine, I did not need a Realtor. All I felt that I needed was the MLS exposure which I got from Entry Only. The Buyer was a Texan who owned a RE/Max franchise in Texas who preferred to operate on his own and distrusted local agents; so we "clicked" and I gave him time to secure local financing and the purchase went through with no problems. As a side note, I think that most local agents did not want to work with Entry Only.
