I can never reach an associate to ask about information pertaining to my pending or prescription on hold. Called numerous times -- even sent an email asking for help - prior to reordering. Unable to use the default " call back" due to no random calls allowed - where I am daily.

Unfortunately, I will not be doing business with Entirety Pets Pharmacy again. I ordered a couple bottles of fish oil well over a year ago and they were never delivered. Occasionally, I would get an email stating that they were getting ready to be shipped, then it would be silence again. I grew tired of reaching out to them because it always hit a dead end.
