I called Entertainment Earth about a duplicate order that I needed to cancel and spoke with Donald. Since the order was already processed it couldn’t be canceled, however, Donald was easily able to troubleshoot the situation for me. :) He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my many questions, walking me through the return process and assuring me I’d receive a full courtesy refund after returning the duplicate item. I really appreciated being able to speak with a real person and Donald provided me with great service over the phone. I’m extremely satisfied with EE’s customer service and will 100% call again if I have any other problems in the future. Thank you! ^-^

I called Entertainment Earth in regards to updating my address and was blessed with having Mr. Donald Talia sort me out. He has excellent customer service and made feel even better knowing that my hobbies and interests in figures and tastes were aligned lol. He executed my issues with ease and made me feel comfortable speaking about figures and solving any issues I had. I thought this company was reputable and at first I liked the customer experience. Until I put my first order with them. I submitted a heavy order rounding to $3,000 cause i was confident in this company and had good faith I was going to get my products in a timely manner. BOY WAS I WRONG LOL. My ETA was marked for February 2022. I kept getting emails about delays month after month. I'm like WHAT is this? I ask my representative. They say "it looks like your products are delayed" no kidding! And "looks like you MIGHT be getting your products in August of this year. But I wouldn't count on it. Looks like you won't get them until 2023 but we don't know" excuse me did i hear that right? It is April right now. I cannot wait a year ( takes more than 365 days to get my products)? I complained to the manager. Manager was so rude accusing me I didn't do my due diligence as there are never guarantees with order delivery dates. I didn't do my due diligence? What about YOUR due diligence getting products to your clients with a timely manner? The manager says they cannot cancel the order. They don't cancel. I tell the manager you guys have such poor business practices. The manager admitted to me they won't let my order go cause it's 3,000 worth of money. I said you guys are just money hungry only care about the money not for the customer. He said "yes that's exactly it. It really is about the money. We won't let it go." He was telling me this order amount is nothing compared to big huge orders he gets from major giants bragging of it. If you have such great business with other people then why are you throwing a fit about an order that supposedly is a BREAD CRUMB TO YOU? Never ever do business with them. Stay away at all costs. If you want to wait a year or more for your orders be my guest. Otherwise, expect the same experience I had. I learned this the hard way.

My over all experiences not good the break your order apart dates are never accurate they take payments then take four days to ship your order not a real distributor better going to the actual companies more expensive then than the actual store even if you do have a license with em over all its what ever with them would not recommend matter of fact I tell people to leave them alone and warn people of them

Don't trust their "guaranteed mint" claims if you're in Canada. You have to pay customs fees in order to get the item (they don't cover them like most companies do), and if your item comes with a defect (like mine did), then you have to pay customs again to get it replaced. They are not willing to absorb that cost for you. Honestly they shouldn't be shipping to Canada and guaranteeing the product is mint if they're not going to make sure you get a replacement for free. That includes the custom fees. Other companies do it and those companies don't have a guarantee like that. So ... if you're in Canada, it's not worth the risk. Don't order from them.
