Worst online buying experience ever… I highly don’t recommend this company, horrible customer service and they never shipped your items and they don’t process refunds.... waste of time and money,,, I wonder how many people have they steal money from and I can’t believe there still operating

We Already paid the product item. but EED said we have to pay it again. How can we pay the product item if we already paid it.. Please check it.. We have bank Transaction Record that EED Deducted it on our bank account...

I had ordered a pop about a year ago and the order was cancelled since it was out of stock. Then today a whole year and 3 months later I get a charge for this Funko pop that I clearly no longer want. Don't tell me to call customer service because I've done this 3 times to only hear that it's my fault and to get hung up by people who seem to hate their jobs. Please order from any other site, most unpleasant company I've ever had to deal with. Not to mention that there is still items that I've been waiting for for over half a year.

So I have a few items on pre-order with them and one of them finally shipped out. It was the Funko Pop Batman 05 with the comic background and it came damaged, corners dented, box damaged and the figure isn't even upright, it's at an angle. I had pre-ordered him because it said it was an EE exclusive and I've been seeing it in stores everywhere for the past 2 or 3 months. I will never order Funko Pops here again, and now I'm considering cancelling the rest of my pre-orders (not Funko related).

Absolute rubbish. I had a wholesale account for years with this company. Spent thousands of dollars on stock. Then after covid coming back to see what I could get in to sell, found my account had been deleted. No email, no explanation nothing at all. Do not trust or buy from this company

Out of all the major toy and collectables stores they have the worst shipping and indifferent customer service...

Horrible shipping practices. I purchased 3 Blacklight horror pops. They shipped them separately in a box with paper and a thin piece of bubble wrap. Guess what? They came damaged 2 out of 3 times. I returned 2 of them and now have to wait for a restock. If they put time and effort and shipped them right I would not be writing this review. Stop being cheap and ship them correctly. This will be the last time I order from this company.

Placed a pre-order with this site recently. Thought I had snagged a pretty good price and even got free USPS Supersaver shipping included. All went well until my order came into stock and was shipped. Rather then shipping with the advertised USPS Supersaver shipping it was sent out with FedEx Smartpost. I understand Entertainment Earth wanting to save a few more dollars and assuming the two services are the same. They are not. I was annoyed, but it is what it is. My package was shipped on the 26th of July with a scheduled delivery of August 3rd. It did not arrive on the 3rd and instead was marked with an alert by FedEx. Upon reaching out to FedEx directly I was asked to contact my shipper (Entertainment Earth) to address the alert being that it is a Smartpost shipment and the local post office is the listed receiver for the package. I reached out to Entertainemt Earth and spoke with Erickson in their CS department. I was informed the package is still within it's 10 business day delivery window. If there is still an alert on August 9th I can reach out again and they will then look into it. What can be said for a company that unilattiraly decides to change the advertised shipping method, refuses to act on issues that are brought to their attention due to that shipping method, and then asks their customer to continue monitoring the issue and to keep them updated on it. I am not sure what this has to be stated for an e-commerce company but when it comes to anything related to the shipping process even if it is out of your hands, you're still going to be responsible for the product. The seller will always be responsible for the package containing their product until it gets to the purchaser. This means that as an e-commerce seller, you are responsible for the package until it is officially delivered– even though the package is no longer in your possession. You were informed of an issue, it is now your responsibility to address it within the stated delivery timeframe. It is my responsibility to contact my bank and file an item not recived dispute if you are unable to deliver the item or address in a timely fashion an issue in the shipping of the item once it is presented.
