I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE LEFT A BAD REVIEW. I was calm when i was asking all my questions and wanting answers, irritated yes but I'm really a calm person. I have been waiting for power 1 week now and being told every day that someone is in route to my location. Got a call from the office that power was on only today ( which is one week later)to see the meter in another homes spot and told someone is in route to put mine in ( after someone called from the office to say i have power and even kinda apologize and said there was a mix up. Even if someone is moving in there. I put in my work order before because we had the option to purchase that home. Customer service is always 100% nice but when you get transfered to the person for more answers after the representatives to solve your problem. He was just rude as ever and didn't help one bit. Only said the same thing ( someone is i route today) Huntsville needs for electric companies. PLEASEEEEE. Today marks one week of hearing someone is out and it's scheduled for today. EVERY DAY I hear this. Something has to be wrong for someone coming every day for a week and never showing up and every day you're hearing it's scheduled for that day. I'll come back and edit if by tomorrow no one comes again. I'll call and hear the same thing. And I took pictures...of the meter and someone calling to tell me I have power. I'm in my car charging my phone. We should have the options for no 👎 stars

I have called twice to report one of their streetlights that is out on a corner where cars and pedestrians are (the corner of Hwy 24 and Mobile Estates Drive in Gray LA 70359). I nearly hit someone on a dark night recently. I provided the location and address both times I called. The first time a technician called me back saying he would be back the next morning to fix it. That was 2 weeks ago, never happened. I hate liars. The second time I called, another technician called back asking for the location/address. How many times do I have to provide the address/location before someone gets killed at that dark corner? This is negligence on the part of Entergy. Clearly no one there has a brain. I say fire everybody at Entergy and when you replace them, make it a requirement that the new employees actually have a brain.

Totally screwed up building the people that I call first one was rude didn't even know what she was talking about. The second time I called I got a completely different story. However, could not get enough information to figure out what was going on. I paid by check. They said 2 checks were returned. One with insufficient funds and 1 with account not found which I had never heard of. I absolutely know these are not true because I called the 2 banks I use. And they had no record of any return checks. However, the people at entergy totally did not care. I would not recommend them if you have any other

I called to start new service at a new location. I was told I had to purchase a permit. I did. Well, it's been 2 long, very cold and dark days without any power, not to mention all the food in my refrigerator is now spoiled and my lights are still not on. I have a compromised immune system not to mention my 65 year old amputee dad had to freeze for 2 days too. How is it they can disconnect you in a heartbeat but it takes them a timeframe to cut someone on?? What's the permit for? For them to not give a damn and take their time!! But let me be an hour late on paying my bill!! Sad!!! Reporting them to the Public Commissioner because this is sadt!!

If I could give this company Zero stars I absolutely would. They inform you on your bill that you are Auto drafted DO NOT PAY, but yet they did NOT auto draft, informed me that my bill still needed to get paid, or my electric would be turned off. How in the world can a company say one thing on MY BILL but yet threaten to turn my power off because somehow, I was supposed to be a mind reader and Still pay my bill even though it said in all caps DO NOT PAY? Seems to me this company can say and do whatever they please without any repercussions from what they say or do, Makes not sense.

Want to express sincere appreciation to Entergy for their rapid response on Saturday 10/21/23.My wife's service pole and box at her homeplace her deceased father left her was stolen leaving the service wire live ( electricity still on) the wires were just laying on the ground presenting a very dangerous situation for animals or people. Within 30 minutes of our call to Entergy , Chase the service technician from Stuttgart, Arkansas was there on location to resolve the issue. Thanks so much to Entergy and Chase for your rapid response that could have been a disaster to Mother Nature or someone's life.

I wish I could rate them less than nothing...Everything about this company is corrupt; they have pinned a previous tenant's bill on me twice now. I currently have an account with Entergy and am in the process of moving. I transferred my lights, and they said they would be on; I went to my new address…. guess what? No lights. I never received any call or anything telling me they would not be turned on. I called them this morning, and they told me I owe a $2200 bill!!! The only account I have had is my current account, which is current!! They will not transfer my lights, it's 95 degrees, and they will not turn them on unless I pay this money that nobody can answer where it came from, or how the hell I can have a current account if they claim I owe???? This is absolute extortion; who will pay $2200 that showed up out of nowhere, and no one knows what it is for??? After 2 hours on the phone, they ADMIT it is from a previous tenant, and I would basically have to cover it!! Now I have no electricity and no options....They know they are the ONLY option and flex their muscle to extort money from people.

It was Aug of 2023 I moved to a new apartment Aug 1st. When I moved I was told the electricity was on and I was just pay the bill each month as it come so I went on about my business expecting the bill to come in the mail well it never did. So w no warning it was off Wednesday morning around 9 a.m. so I called to talk to him that every day they said it was a little pill I wouldn't paid the bill so it's on Wednesday now I went paid the bill Thursday morning they said it would be on that day. I paid them I called and gave him a number for my ideal ride paid it. So Thursday morning when I paid it was supposed to be turned on I did not get my power back on until the following Thursday morning at 5:30 a.m. that is a whole week a whole week now and all they had to do is flip a switch they didn't even have to come here. It was $120.00. it's very hot to tell me you're in August and Arkansas the people were rude they lied they hung up on me so just be prepared to deal with a bunch of BS when you're dealing with energy.
