Enphase energy provides literally the worst customer support I have ever experienced. There’s no way to talk to a personon their customer support team by Phone. They seem to have only human chat bots possibly with AI assistance, any problem you might be trying to resolve, with one of their solar system gateways for instance, will take a huge amount of time. In my case, I am still off-line and they were not really willing to help me resolve my solar system connectivity issue. They seem to engineer a good product, followed by decent sales, but completely undone by lousy customer support. I can’t recommend enough to avoid using this company.

I have an Enphase solar system which was installed about 9 years ago using micro-inverters and a gateway which collects the information from the micro-converters and sends it by my network back to Enphase. Every month I have been informed how much has been produced that month. So if Enphase doesn't receive this information then their software doesn't allow the electricity to be sent to my mains power supply! No output! On April the 16th 2026, I was informed that no information was being sent to Enphase so they stopped supplying energy to my mains power supply. The gateway was showing no output. This is how it has remained up to the date of this review. I have contacted Enphase many times, made complaints and used aI. Enphase have acknowledged my problem. But have not done anything about it. Unfortunately the original supplier of the system went out of business soon after they supplied it. A warning. If you have such a system and your supplier has gone out of business in the UK and you are not under warranty from Enphase, then I think you will find it very very difficult to get useful help from Enphase directly. For instance If you look for information on suppliers from Enphase then you are taken to a page which gives a list of suppliers from almost every other country except the UK! Clicking on the top of that page gives you the UK site but gives no information on suppliers! Apparently that information used to be there. Please be aware of all this if you are considering installing an Enphase system. At the moment I have found one supplier who is prepared to help. Whether he will do that, I do not know. He is an installer so he must know how to fix my problem I will post back here if he fixes the problem. Since then (it is now 13/09/26) He hasn't contacted me again and I have not heard from Enphase themselves. Fortunately I have found out what was wrong and I have corrected it and it is now working! However I still have grave misgivings about Ensphase and I would suggest people considering Enphase should carefully weigh up the reviews at Trustpilot before going for an Ensphase micro-inverter system. (This part I have not changed) Enphases reply doesn't address the problems I had, I would at least have expected an apology for the way I was treated. IN THE WHOLE OF THE REST OF THE WORLD, it seems to be easier to get help from the website but only the UK has it's own version of the website which just doesn't give information on authorised Enphese installers!!!

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with your system and locating an installer near you. We’d be happy to help you locate an Enphase installer in your area who can assess the system and assist with the Gateway issue. In cases where the Gateway is no longer functioning as expected, the issue may be addressed by replacing the Gateway at the site. A replacement Gateway can be purchased(https://enphase.com/en-gb/store/communication) for the system, after which an installer can assist with the installation and commissioning or you can commission the Gateway directly with technical documentation/support team help. An email has been sent to you with installers who are offering services in your area and the gateway information which you use to replace your existing Gateway. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.

Koop hier niets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terugsturen is ONMOGELIJK!!!!!!!!! Pure oplichting.
