Belimo products were shipped free same day, received in NC in two days at the best price available online. There was a glitch with the email confirming shipment. I sent an email to inquire and received a phone call within minutes from EnergyControl.com. They confirmed order shipment, resent the confirmation email and the order was actually at our door ten minutes after I hung up the phone. Will definitely be a return customer.
