Hi Aidan, I have looked into your case regarding this matter. We can only see one order from you for £70.30 . Our system would only have been able to charge you for your initial order, as the payment provider wouldn't be able to take money for an order that wasn't created in the first place. Please be kind enough to reach out to your bank to make sure your details are safe. From what I can see initially, it seems very unlikely that the amount you were charged is related to Endoca purchases. When it comes to any discounts we offer, they always need to be applied during the checkout phase in the "COUPON CODE" area. Unfortunately it is impossible to alter the order price once your payment has been finalized. Rest assured you can use the coupon code you got during the wheelspin for your future order! Hi Angela, I have investigated in your case and it looks like the courier was unable to locate anyone at your place at the time of delivery. Instead, the parcel was delivered to a local post office.
