not that good as they advertise. expensive with some annoying policy. maybe this was just me but this is my experience.

There's a sentences that missed from correction when I received the proofread result. I also missed it when I submit the article. But that article was accepted in IEEE Transactions on Microwave theory and techniques, Q1, IF 4.3, thank you Enago.
