The follow up was consistent. They provided a timeline and kept to it. Every issue along the way was promptly addressed and I felt the staff had genuine concern to get the job done. Special thanks to Rhosheca for her knowledge and professionalism.

Employee Fiduciary has been an outstanding partner for our company's 401(k) plan. From day one, their team made a complex area of retirement planning feel straightforward. one of the biggest reasons we chose Employee Fiduciary was their clear, low-cost pricing model. Their base annual fee is very competitive for small businesses and their asset based charge is modest compared to many business providers. We've been with Employee Fiduciary for our company's 401(k) plan for about eight years now and it's been a refreshing change from the high-fee opaque providers we dealt with before. A few things stand out: Transparent fees pricing - No hidden asset based fees eating into employee returns. We know exactly what we're paying for and why. Responsive service - Every time we've had a question, compliance testing, plan documents, enrollment issues, their support team has responded quickly with clear, jargon-free answers. Anyone looking for a low cost small-to-mid-size business 401(k) plan without confusing fee structures, I'd highly recommend giving Employee Fiduciary a look. Its rare to find a provider this straightforward about costs and this serious about fiduciary responsibility.
