Matt, James and Rhonda were Always there to answer any questions, day or night, and help educate us on this purchase. Never did we feel any push in any direction--it was all about helping us make a decision we felt comfortable with. Further, even though we had our sights set on a specific chair, Matt showed us many chairs to get as much context on different products as possible, so when we did finally make the decision to purchase, we felt extremely confident we made the right one. We cannot recommend Matt and Emassagechair anymore. Theyre the best.
