The rep you have by the name of James is simply incredible. He is the reason I bought the chair from your site as opposed to another whom my friend dealt with. James was beyond courteous but a "real" person to talk with. Heck, if I had the money I'd have bought 1. He truly sold me on the Osaki 4S and you should be lucky to have a salesman like him. I regret I couldn't say goodbye as I ordered he was gone.

If the chair is anything like the customer service, I'll be thrilled. I had some specific requirements and I was helped quickly and efficiently via chat (although I could have called also) to help me find one that would meet all my needs and was in my price range. I made an error when I ordered online and it was corrected as soon as they were notified. Qualifying for finance was simple - two years no I interest! I am really looking forward to my husband having the chair he has been wanting for many years.
