The order process was straightforward.

I need peppermint rounds to deter rats I have 7 cats but rats are able to enter roof space and make noise they cannot access where I am but the deterrence of peppermint is supreme

I'd avoid this company and only sorry I hadn't checked reviews out before ordering. Like similar reviews below I ordered the non contact glucose monitor. Two attempted shipments, the tracking showed the shipped item was returned by logistics company for account issues. At one stage during multiple emails I'd sent to try and get this resolved, they requested I contacted their logistics company to find out what the issue was! The third item shipped and arrived only to find it's a standard blood glucose meter with strips and lancets. I'm sure the usual apology comment will be added below by elleseco, but at this stage I've given up any hope of a satisfactory outcome.

Very easy to order and efficient

Overall it was great, but the additional product recommendations combined with the very missable text to skip them is just scummy
