We have rented vacation pool homes from Elite on 6 or 7 different occasions and every experience has been phenomenal.

We had a great week at our vacation rental. The only negative is we checked in on Saturday but had to wait until Wednesday to use the pool because it needed to be cleaned.

We are very happy you had a great week with us, and we are so grateful to host your stay for 7-nights! Our goal is to provide outstanding service and value for an incredible Orlando vacation. Your helpful comments are much appreciated, and your feedback will help us to improve our product and service. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you experienced with the swimming pool. Our swimming pools are serviced once a week, however, sometimes after a hard rain or windy day, the pool may need extra attention. In these cases, a team member will be sent to address any concerns. Regrettably, our records do not show a request for the pool to be cleaned. I truly wish we had the opportunity to address this for you, while you were staying with us, and hope you will accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to host your stay and wish to see you again in the future. Warm Regards, Elite Vacation Homes Team

It was very easy to book the house and communication was great. I originally attempted use VBRO and it was a disaster. They have no communication whatsoever and trying to book a room was impossible. Anyone looking to find short term rentals, Elite Vacation Homes is the only choice!
