The practitioner was great and the application is easy. What would make it a 5 star experience is if you would send me my recommendation so when I travel, I will have that recommendation for other states to use. Good Day Farms can't print my recommendation for me. So I can't have my own recommendation that I paid for.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this wonderful review! We are unable to print out patients state ID's cards but you can download the pdf and have it on your phone for when you travel! If you need assistance with that , please contact [email protected] and we would be happy to walk you through that process. You can also contact the state directly and they can assist as well! We appreciate you a great deal!
Setting up for state ID was a little challenging, but finally got it done.
