Beware Before Using Elevate Holistics for Medical Marijuana Card Renewal I’ve held a medical marijuana card since 2022 and have renewed it annually without issue. Typically, the renewal process is straightforward: pay the fee, meet with a licensed professional, and you’re good to go. However, my experience with Elevate Holistics this past December was anything but smooth. I scheduled my renewal with Dr. Johnathan Miller, MD, through Elevate Holistics. The consultation was unusually brief—less than 30 seconds. While I initially assumed this was just efficiency, I soon learned that it was the first red flag. After the appointment, I attempted to make a purchase using my card, only to discover it was no longer valid. I contacted Elevate Holistics’ support team and was informed that my physician had failed to update my MMCC (Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission) account with the state. Over a month later, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to reach anyone in their support team despite multiple attempts. This experience has been frustrating, and I will not be continuing business with Elevate Holistics. Their lack of professionalism and support has caused significant inconvenience. If you’re considering using Elevate Holistics for your medical marijuana needs, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution—or better yet, look elsewhere.

Dear Bob, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent experience with Elevate Holistics. We take all reviews seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. After a thorough review of our records, we could not find any record of you contacting our support team regarding this issue. We strive to provide top-notch assistance to all our patients, and it’s concerning to hear you felt unsupported. Regarding your renewal, it appears the delay occurred because the submission of your letter of recommendation had to be postponed due to state regulations requiring renewals to be processed closer to the expiration date of your medical card. In this case, we had to wait an additional three weeks before we could proceed with the renewal process. We understand how this timing requirement can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Additionally, the brief nature of our consultations is by design, as our licensed professionals aim to efficiently assess and certify qualifying patients while respecting their time. However, we want to ensure every patient feels confident and informed after their appointment. We will address your concern with all our providers and appreciate the opportunity to do better! We sincerely regret that your experience fell short of expectations. If you’d like to discuss this matter further or if there’s anything we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. . We’re committed to making things right. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services.
I was told I couldn’t have my card transferred so I got a new card, and now I’m being told I can’t have two cards

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! One of our agents will reach out to you today. You can have your prescription transferred to another dispensary. We will get you all sorted out and refunded.
Went through the process paid the money got approved before realizing, the is no medicine near me! I will have to drive over 120 miles to cross a state line where I don’t even need a card. I either need my $ back or a way to receive the medicine

I made the mistake of thinking paying extra to have my renewal application completed by you thinking it would be faster and easier. What a joke! This has taken forever and still isn’t completed. Try giving more detailed instructions instead of waiting until customers send you what you requested so you can email them back and tell them to do it again!

Just terrible vibe. I paid for them to take care of everything and I ended up doing it myself. Their discounts weren't so great. I should have stayed with GreenDocs

I wish I could give them negative stars. I used this company last year and had no issues. This year, they are terrible. They offshore their customer service in the Philippines. The agents don't listen or speak English very well. I see the doctor, get the approval and then the nightmare begins. I have dual residence and they wanted a copy of my license. Then a picture of me. But that wasn't enough ..retake the picture with a white background. Retake with glasses off, submit a bill with your address...resend with all 4 corners of the bill showing. Next, send us a copy of your vehicle registration. Next want another bill .. so I send my insurance card and bill. Now they want a passport. I don't have a passport. FINALLY, I ask why West Virginia is being so strict and needing all of this considering I am only renewing my medical card? I am told the hadn't even sent it in to the state yet. They were just making me do all of this, " just in case." I finally had enough and demanded a refund. I've notified the office of Medical Cannibus for WV, and they told me they would have needed only a copy of my drivers license and one bill showing my WV address. These people are awful, rude and frankly only care about taking your money. It's not at all about helping the patient at all. I will never use this scam company again. They simply don't care! Worst customer service agents and the director is even worse!
