I hope I don't have to pay again well I was applying I had surgery and have a drain tube.i got the pictures I need but don't know how to get back to the application.

Well I paid for full service so you guys could submit everything to the state of Illinois but you can’t. So therefore I still have no renewal

Recently, the state of Illinois made major changes to their online system, including a new two-factor authentication requirement that prevents third-party access to patient accounts. Because of this, we are no longer able to provide full service submissions in Illinois as we had before. We reached out to all affected patients and issued full refunds for the full service portion—but since this review is anonymous, we’re unable to confirm whether we successfully connected with you. I’ve used this company for full-service license renewals in the past, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I received an email from them stating my license was expiring in a month and urging me to renew immediately. Trusting their information, I scheduled a renewal appointment and proceeded with the process. The following day, while on my state’s official website, I discovered that my license was not due for renewal—it was valid for another full year. I was understandably concerned, as my state only issues two-year licenses or temporary 60-day ones. There is no such thing as a one-year license in my state. The next business morning, a company representative called me (I had not reached out). She apologized for the mistake and confirmed that my license indeed didn’t need to be renewed. Acknowledging the company’s error, she offered a full refund—not at my request, but as a proactive gesture. I even said I’d be fine with a credit toward the next renewal, but she insisted on a full refund, explaining that my actual renewal was too far off for a credit to make sense. She said I’d receive an email confirmation that day and that the refund would post in 3–5 business days. I appreciated the honesty and thought the company was taking responsibility. But the next day, the same rep called back and said management had changed their mind—they would only refund half the amount, and now claimed it was my fault for scheduling the appointment. I reminded her that their team had initiated the call, acknowledged the error, and clearly promised a full refund. She said she’d check again with her manager and get back to me. That was over a week ago. No refund. No email. No follow-up. Despite two phone calls and explicit assurances, the company did not follow through on anything they promised. As a longtime, repeat customer, I’m incredibly disappointed. This experience shows not only a lack of understanding of state-specific licensing rules, but also a failure to honor their own word and take true responsibility for their mistakes. Think twice before trusting this company with your licensing needs. Will be reporting to BBB as well.

Your trust means everything to us, and we never want a renewal reminder or scheduling process to feel confusing or misleading. To clarify, our renewal notices are automatically triggered based on the date your doctor’s certification —not the date the state license does. We include a clear message in the email advising patients to verify their renewal date directly with the state, as state timelines and rules can vary. That said, we understand this process can still feel unclear, and we appreciate your feedback. Regarding the refund: Our team member sincerely believed a full refund would be possible and communicated that to you in good faith. After reviewing your case, leadership followed our current policy of refunding 50% when an appointment has been completed, as we are still responsible for compensating the doctor’s time and services. We realize this change from past practice caused confusion, and we are very sorry that communication around this policy shift fell short. We also acknowledge that you were told someone would follow up and that didn't happen in a timely manner. That’s on us, and we take full responsibility for that lapse. If you’d be open to a conversation, we’d love the opportunity to make this right—or at the very least, restore your confidence in how we handle these situations going forward. We are sorry to hear that the state rejected your application. The state is very particular with how those applications are filled out. We do offer VIP service in your state. That means we can assist in filling out the application and you just submit and pay their state fee. I'm not sure why you got rejected but the state is very strict on patient selfies. Purchase a Groupon and the code would not work. Could not get anyone on the phone or chat. Left several messages after over an hour attempting trying to get someone on the line.
