My ADHD was my biggest frustration. Your tech support was phenomenal and I reached out twice. Both techs were respectful, polite, understanding, caring and technically-challenged user friendly with easy to understand directions without being condescending or insulting. Best of all they had a sense of humor. As for the whole application process, while at first a little daunting, was pretty straightforward and easy enough. So, unless there are any changes made, I will continue to trust and use your services for my mmj card needs. Please keep up the great work. Thank you.

With my first appointment, apparently there were camera and computer issues. I found this out after I waited over an hour and called the next morning. It would have been nice to receive a text or email letting me know at the time. My next appointment went smoothly. The doctor was on time and quickly approved and prescribed what I needed.
