Thank you for your review. We are a fan of Kristen ourselves! Haha :)
The non-profit organization I work for recently acquired Eleo and it has been the best decision from every perspective. Not only the software is very reliable and friendly, but it's also the people who support it that make the difference. They are always ready to help in an expedite and efficient way. Eleo has all the features we need and more. It really makes my job a lot easier, more efficient, and error-free. I would recommend Eleo 100%

Thank you for your review, Silvia. It is always our goal to make you feel supported. We look forward to continuing to work together!
We researched several non-profit software suites: Donor Perfect, Salsa CRM, EveryAction, Bloomerang and Little Green Light. In the end we chose Eleo for a number of reasons: Low cost, both implementation and ongoing. Ease of use. Numerous included reports. Integration with our mass mailing service. Web Forms. We are quite happy with Eleo after using it for six months. It's easy to use, not difficult to implement and the included reports meet most of our needs. The support is great!

The employees are extremely helpful and are always quick to respond to a question or offer advice. It's a very personal experience and you don't feel like you are someone being handled at a call center. I really appreciate the exceptional service and glad we made the choice to go with Eleo!

Our tech support manager, Pam, is a dream! She responds almost immediately and seems to understand what I'm asking right away, even though I know I sound crazy and confused.

ELEO is always helpful in providing assistance whenever needed. I will stress whenever because ELEO's support members -- Pam, Sue, Caroline and Kristen--always answer all my questions. Can't say enough great things. Forms and reports are everything.
