Customer service at Eleo is superb. They seem to know exactly what I need even when I don't state it clearly. I appreciate how my Client Support Specialist always goes above and beyond to consider what I actually need even when I don't ask the right questions. The program is robust with lots of customization capabilities!

First, I actually got someone on the line without delay; second, Susan was very patient with me and even spent the time to walk through the process of developing an email campaign that involved integrating with Mailchimp.
