Regarding the odor you mentioned, due to the packaging and enclosed shipping conditions, there may sometimes be a temporary smell. This usually fades after a few days when the items are placed in a well-ventilated area. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will continue improving in this aspect. We always strive to ensure that every detail closely resembles the original version. However, I sincerely apologize that the items did not meet your expectations in terms of quality and packaging. The reason we offered you a complimentary replacement item (valued up to $459) is because we genuinely want you to have a better experience and feel satisfied with your purchase, while also helping you avoid the inconvenience and high cost of returning the original item. Regarding the $150 fee, this is intended to partially cover shipping and taxes. However, if you are not comfortable with this, we are absolutely open to discussing and adjusting the solution to better suit your situation.
