Hello Ms. Elaine, First of all, we truly appreciate your continued support and are grateful that you chose to shop with Elegous again. We are also very sorry that your most recent experience did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify that we do stand behind our Satisfaction Guarantee and Money-Back Guarantee policies. However, these policies are handled according to our standard review process, which is clearly outlined in our policy page. This process involves reviewing the issue with the customer, discussing the available options, and working together to find the most reasonable resolution. When an agreement is reached, we are always willing to provide a replacement item at no cost or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and the solution agreed upon. Your experience and satisfaction are extremely important to us. On behalf of our team, I want to assure you that we are committed to continuing this conversation and working with you until we find a satisfactory resolution. We sincerely hope you will give us the opportunity to assist you further and make things right. Thank you for your time, patience, and understanding.

Hi Ms. Makayla, First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for your unsatisfactory experience with Elegous. This is truly not the experience we aim to provide, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused. Regarding the odor you mentioned, due to the packaging and enclosed shipping conditions, there may sometimes be a temporary smell. This usually fades after a few days when the items are placed in a well-ventilated area. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will continue improving in this aspect. We always strive to ensure that every detail closely resembles the original version. However, I sincerely apologize that the items did not meet your expectations in terms of quality and packaging. The reason we offered you a complimentary replacement item (valued up to $459) is because we genuinely want you to have a better experience and feel satisfied with your purchase, while also helping you avoid the inconvenience and high cost of returning the original item. Regarding the $150 fee, this is intended to partially cover shipping and taxes. However, if you are not comfortable with this, we are absolutely open to discussing and adjusting the solution to better suit your situation. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and I truly hope we have the opportunity to make things right for you. Our support team will reach out to you directly to further discuss and find the most suitable resolution. Please rest assured that if your final decision is to proceed with a return or refund, we will fully respect and support that process.
