I never received product and now they want to charge me again as they don’t have product either. Poor customer service. They acknowledged that it was returned but to a different warehouse. That is not my problem. I will not purchase from them again

Hello Ms. Lee Bergum, This is Liz from Elegous. I’m truly sorry to hear about the issue you experienced. However, after carefully checking our system, I couldn’t find any order under your name or the email address you provided. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding or a mix-up somewhere. We’ve also reached out to you via email to clarify the situation and help resolve this for you. I’m looking forward to your reply so I can assist you as quickly as possible.
