Great communication. Incredibly fast delivery and a very good bike. Review updated with the benefit of hindsight. Brakes on this bike were poor and the torque sensor failed after two years. No spare parts of any kind on Eleglides web site. You get what you pay for.

I have ordered the bike after watching their videos on you tube and after reading the information on their own web site. I have to say that they do very fast delivery and also they are very good in replying to your e-mails. I contacted Sky and she was very good in replying back quickly. I had a slight issue with the bike but they did everything to help and fix it. The bike is very good and I ordered this specific bike because of the price as it is on a better price than other bikes and also it has a throttle which is a big help for a person like me who has pain in the ankle. Without throttle it is also good as it works well and I will recommend this bike to others. The front light is very strong. The only think I so hope they can do is to provide FREE fenders or mudguards.I hope they will think about this.

Vélo reçu rapidement, bien emballé et protégé et plutôt joli ( M1 plus ) Ne vous attendez pas à du haut de gamme, forcément, c'est plus cher, mais ça reste correct, à voir dans le temps. Service client réactif.
