I ordered a set ov forks for my bike and u didn’t send a fitting kit with it and it took over a week for customer service to do anything. Once my bike is fixed I will be getting rid and buy a gin

Assembled the bike following manual. Fully charged battery. Went for first ride. The engine worked for 10 meters and then stopped. Never worked again. And I paid 1k€ for this. That's Eleglide quality.

Overall a good budget bike. However after a year of constant failure and adjustment of both brakes I decided to spend £30 on new brake calipers. Battery after a year of average use is still good after a 1 hr 45min, 26km ride in hilly mid-wales. The brakes have been a problem and I'd recommend anyone buying to swap them out rather than take a risk.
