Purchased the bike in February 2024.... everything was fine apart from the LCD screen which was cracked when delivered...that was replaced in a week...4 months later the brake caliper on the front and back are faulty and the pedal sensor doesn't work... I've rode this bike about 2 times a week...contacted customer service 4 weeks ago... provided photos and a diagnosis from a professional bike technician... customer service is appalling..I get an email once every couple of days asking me to explain the situation and then nothing for over a week... when I contacted them again they just ask the same question ...

Ho comprato la eleglide M2 e mi sento molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto Quasi 3000km tra fango e pioggia ed è molto resistente L'autonomia della batteria è ottima Anche se spero che in futuro ci siano batterie di più capienza

Je viens de commander un vtt Eleglide M2 , je viens d'être débité, et la compagnie vient de me repondre qu'ils etaient en rupture de stock et que leur velo ne correspondait pas aux normes européenes...Alors qu'ils m'on envoyé une certifiacat d'homologation..Je viens donc de demander un remboursement...!!! Je deconseille d'acheter un velo à la maison mère, car ça m'a tout l'air d'une grosse Arnaque... J'espère être remboursé. Le site à l'air tout ce qu'il y a de plus normal pourtant...Affaire à suivre.

Habe eine neue Federgabel bestellt für mein M1 Plus. Leider waren keinen Bilder zu sehen von der Schraube des Lenkkopflagers. Es fehlten Scheibe vom unteren Lenkkopflager u Mutter am oberen Lenkkopflager. Ich musste die alten Bauteile nehmen. Zum Glück sind diese ganz geblieben. Hoffe die Gabel hält länger als die Alte. War nach 6-8 Monaten kaputt. Ich wiege 80kg, das sollte machbar sein für die Gabel.
