Great Customer Service
I had an issue with my recent LCD controller bracket that I ordered from Eleglide and customer service quickly helped me resolve the issue and sent a replacement out that arrived within a few days. Great customer experience.

Support team lacked product knowledge
I requested the specifications for a replacement crank set to ensure I ordered the correct replacement for my Eleglide M1 electric bike. Initially I asked for the bolt circle diameter but the response was we cant provide this detail as the sprocket is riveted. I then asked for further specifications so they sent me the length, width, height and weight. I expected a bit more product knowledge to be fair.
