Eleglide provides the best service
IWe bought an Eleglide T1 bike (Brittain/China: English website) for our son (15 years old) in March 2025. Via the internet. After a year, my son had a problem with the rear brake. A part had broken off. Additionally, the headlight had gone out, either due to a fall or vandalism. A cable break. The warranty period had expired by then. Kaylee from Eleglide resolved both our questions perfectly by sending us both a new brake caliper and a new wiring harness. Truly in one word: amazing! We fixed both problems in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again, Kaylee. Or as Max Verstappen would say: simply lovely Translate in dutch / vertaald: We kochten in maart 2025 een Eleglide T1 fiets voor onze zoon (15 jaar) via internet. Na een jaar had mijn zoon een probleem met de achterrem. Een onderdeel was afgebroken. Bovendien was de koplamp kapot gegaan, waarschijnlijk door een val of vandalisme. Een kabel was gebroken. De garantie was inmiddels verlopen. Kaylee van Eleglide loste beide problemen perfect op door ons zowel een nieuwe remklauw als een nieuwe kabelboom te sturen. Echt, in één woord: geweldig!
