Had New Support Request from Web Console, basically I would not receive an email to allow me to change my password on my Helpwire account and just because Electronic Team, Inc cannot resolve the issue they are going to mark the ticket as Resolved, how ridiculous and dishonest is that!!

I have had no problems with the company or any of their services, at least thus far, but I wanted to make clear that I was offered a 20% discount on a Folx PRO subscription in exchange for a five-star review on this platform. So be advised, some positive reviews may be bought.

I was led to believe their Elmedia Player Pro had conversion capabilities, but after I bought it I realized it didn't. I had to jump through hoops with this company to try to get a refund and at the end of the day they denied me a refund, so now I'm stuck with it. Just be ABSOLUTELY SURE you want any software you buy from them.

This software worked "Okay" during the trial period. It isn't great but it satisfied my needs. After paying for the pro license, I followed the auto upgrade steps along with entering the key. The software immediately stopped working and the supplier has refused to give me a refund despite their written grace period policy. Do not trust this company. Bad software, service and integrity.
