No reply for customer service in email I ordered a week a ago still no updates

Wrong range miles described in your website. It shows 12 miles range on your description and I just ride 4 miles. I want to return it. It was fully charged and I just ride one time to not approve. I liked the exterior but the range it was too low.

Absolutely horrible. The worst.

Was a great longboard for the first week then the battery power started to die with each charger and now I let it sit for a few days without using it went back to hop on it and go to the beach and it won't even turn on now kind of feel like I wasted my money

I never received my longboard & it took Them about 2 weeks to even have an answer from the delivering company. I had to take it up with my bank for a refund
