No reply for customer service in email I ordered a week a ago still no updates

Wrong range miles described in your website. It shows 12 miles range on your description and I just ride 4 miles. I want to return it. It was fully charged and I just ride one time to not approve. I liked the exterior but the range it was too low.

Good service and excellent advice. I ordered a blink s2 during my stay in the us and wanted to take it with me to europe by plane.....due to problems other customers had i was informed to better cancel the order....best service in my opinion
