I would give negative 14,000 stars if I could. This is the amount that Elavon is withholding after closing our account over a year ago. Despite dozens of phone conversations, we've received nothing but false promises. Elavon's actions are more than immoral, they're criminal. Do NOT consider working with this company!!

Unjust penalties for "Not PCI Compliant" when their services were never tied to any web presence. I only ever used their invoicing services saving all credit card information through their systems and I was charged around $1500 in penalties for doing business with them.

STAY WELL CLEAR This company is a danger to your business . When Covid19 struck they wanted to hold €330,000 of our money to protect their cash reserves ,luckily we were forewarned and closed the account before they got their filthy fingers on no more than €35,000. They have come up with this B/S that they are at risk of CHARGE BACKS which we have never had even a single one in almost 15 years of successful trading . I am not sure why this organisation is not being examined and being criminalised for their behaviour. You cannot really blame the staff ,"WHAT MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO " and a snake ROTS FROM THE HEAD DOWN

During the Covid19 lockdown, this company stills thinks it's OK to apply a charge due to their minimum usage policy. It's times like this big companies like Elavon should be helping small business during the pandemic. The amount is not massive, but still feels like a kick in the teeth. Disappointed!!

I was charged a CARD ASSOC FEE of $15.25 on my May 2020 statement. Elavon could not tell me what this is I asked to have this disputed. Elavon told me they can and will not file a dispute. They put me on hold forever and just gave me the runaround. During Covid-19 our Beauty Salon had to close temporarily. We called Evalon to and asked not to charge the $20 per month minimum fee. They refused and still charging. What a terrible company. Will look for another processor.

People who run this are completely out to lunch. Get a merchant account and not even 6 weeks later turned off we dont work with your business. Youre the clowns who approved it then kept the last transaction processed knowing too much work to fight them over it? Good news I found a much cheaper way to process its not as integrated the merchant account was but saving tons on fees. Invoicing is working well.

This company is GARBAGE!!! During this pandemic they have used their resources to gouge the public with astronomical fees, because everyone is in a stay at home phase they know you have to use their service and take FULL advantage to raise their fees!!!! Don’t believe their “our hearts go out” crap they have taken advantage of this pandemic and it is a disgrace!! If the company files for bankruptcy tomorrow I would be extremely happy to know nobody else would get screwed by this unethical company

Contrat résilié par eux au bout de 3 années de collaboration, ils venaient de s’apercevoir que notre magasin vends du CBD en toute légalité (produit autorisé dans toute l'UE et distribué au Luxembourg avec une vignette fiscale de l'état du Luxembourg) mais ce serai contraire à leur éthique ?!? Donc vendre de manière légale des produits légaux ne l'est pas pour eux ?!?. Ce sont donc eux qui vous donnent le droit de vendre les produits que eux seuls approuvent. Courrier reçu de leur part en février, appel à leur service commercial qui m'indique qu'il s'agit d'une erreur et de ne pas en tenir compte et un beau matin, appareil CB déconnecté et inopérant. En pleine crise CoVid-19 c'est très pro et de bon gout !!! Faites leurs bien la publicité qu'ils méritent !!!
