I worked with Kalan Morris today - she stayed with me and was extremely knowledgeable in working through my issue. We have 4 locations in the Portland, Oregon area and I needed to change the phone numbers on the receipts of all four locations.

Anthony demonstrated superb customer service. The fastest ever when calling Elavon, which is what we need after verifying our account. He was able to retrieve a voided credit card for me quickly and walked me through changing the setting our batch report to a detailed summary.
