I would like to recommend these folks for software. I had a problem loading it onto my husband's laptop. It really wasn't going to work. I asked for a refund and they quickly took care of it.

I purchased Microsoft office. I downloaded it but the product key wasn't working. It turns out that what looks like the product key in the email is not actually the one you need, but going to Microsoft services and subscriptions website will give you the accurate key. Paul was able to explain this to me and help me in under 5 minutes. I truly appreciated it. Thank you!

I initially had some problem with the installation as I choose the wrong window version. However, when I contacted the support through chat, Jesus helped me out to straighten out everything. He first issued the refund for my mistake and then sent me a correct link that guided me to the right product. Thank you.
