in the begining not all work

purchased the one time, no annual fee, software for one device of Microsoft word 21. Download was fine, had a bit of a problem installing on my new PC, but after a few chats, got everything working fine.

Purchasing MS Word without the 365 suite is not easy! Ekosoftware made it less difficult but the download process is NOT user friendly, and I’ve been using computers forever

I love the software. I was a little confused when I received the link to download it because it was not exactly what I had ordered. I was easily able to chat with a representative and he explained that I had received a more comprehensive version (it included more than Publisher 2019) for the same price I paid for just Publisher. I downloaded it and it works great.

Publisher 2019 is as good as it was in 2003. But P '03 won't work on Windows 10. The only drawback is when you download it you also drag in MS Office 365 which pollutes my world with "features" I neither need nor want. Ugh.

Was skeptical about the service but the process went through without a hitch. Got the key within a half hour and fully installed shortly afterwards. Working well so far

I bought a product, after I purchased it I found out that my software wasn't in stock and they upgraded my order. The thought was nice but not what I needed so I was able to talk with Eric and get it handled, now I'm waiting on my refund. Overall, I'm very satisfied that we were able to get this handled quickly. Thank you so much for the refund and for being a reputable company.
