DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!! I purchased 5 vapes, over $100 to receive free shipping, I was so excited to get them until the two main vapes I was looking forward to were faulty from the manufacturer. The return policy states to contact them within 72 hours which I did. He asked me to send him videos of it being faulty which I did. Then he told me that the next time I order to include a note and he'll give me a free vape. Umm what??!? No, I ALREADY made a purchase and I want my items to work. They do NOT honor their return policy DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

The customer service team helped me resolve a delivery issue with the shipper and were very responsive and easy to deal with.

Love my Kumi vapes. Only website I order from. Super fast shipping and responses.

Awesome company and way easier than your local bodega

So far, my experience with the customer support team has been wonderful. I asked for an issue to be taken care of, which required some leeway from them on my order. They did not need to help me out with the issue that was my fault, yet Nathalie took care of me right away. Color me impressed. I'm very pleased with the outcome and the service.

Always great products at unbelievable prices. Amazing customer service. I’ve been purchasing from this company for years and years. And I will never buy anywhere else. If you have an order issue, they always take care of it. I highly recommend them over all the rest. 5 stars!

They have what I like. Shipping is fast and the only time I had a problem with an item shipped, they corrected it immediately.

Nobody helped me with question I figured it out myself
