I placed the order on Dec 16, 2022 and it said that it will be delivered the same day. Now it's the end of day Dec 20 and still I didn't get my order delivered and not sure how long it's gonna take. I called twice and also sent several emails but still didn't get the positive response. My order ID is 1000249113

All their reviews on their website is fake i know because ive wrote 2 and they are still not posted on their website. They knowingly sell inferior products that do not work. F@ck this company never again.

Gavin provided me amazing service and really good advice. It was my first time buying a vape and he guided me through the process, made sure I got something according to my need and also showed me to set one up. I’ll be returning for any of my needs here because of the excellent service I have received.

it was a little melted so when put back in the freezer, it all stuck together. That's a little inconvenient. Otherwise, it is an excellent brand. They were quick to respond and willing to help.|4
