EIO was the only site that had the rolls of the grit of sandpaper we needed. Took a little longer to get than expected. It was boxed well with no damage. Will definitely order from them again.

Ordered a cable. Received the confirmation of my order. The email said I could track my order using the Shop app. So the app told me a date it should arrive. When that date passed and I didnt receive the cable, I called the company’s phone # to check on my order and he said it was on back order and they will send me another email when it is being shipped. So the company needs to use a different app for tracking purposes. Other than that, all was good.

Resolved postage due issue. Full refund received. Thank you

Got the wrong pair of headphones from them on eBay, but I called in and they sent me the correct ones no extra charge.

Once I got through to the company over the phone, things went well. Only had one of the items I put a multiple ordered in for. Dropped me an E-mail saying there was a problem with my order. I'm old school and not really with the digital age. So it took me a while to get back to them, hence the call. Not really their fault. So an associate by the name John was very helpful getting me a refund and my tool out for delivery.
