Dear Feba, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and would like to provide clarity on this matter: 1. Booking Date: Your trip was booked for December 2019, before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. All boarding passes were issued as per the schedule. 2. Document Submission: You submitted a medical certificate in February 2020, two months after your scheduled travel date. The certificate did not mention COVID-19. As such, it was too late to process a refund through the airline’s policies. 3. Company Action: Despite the delayed submission and the inability to secure a refund from the airline due to the timing, we issued a voucher for the full amount of your trip. This voucher was valid until December 31, 2023, allowing ample time to plan a new trip. 4. Refund Limitations: Unfortunately, since the required documentation was provided after the airline’s refund window, we were unable to obtain any reimbursement from them. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. We regret any inconvenience you experienced and remain available to discuss any further concerns you may have. Please feel free to contact us directly for any assistance. Best regards, Chris Jane

Dear Laura, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced, and we deeply regret any stress this caused you. We are thrilled that you initially found our customer support superb during the booking process. Your positive feedback on this means a lot to us. However, we understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive your boarding passes and to experience delays in our response, especially so close to your trip. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected issue in our system, there was a delay in processing your request for additional baggage, which impacted the timely delivery of your boarding passes. We understand how this made you feel uncertain and worried, and for that, we are sincerely sorry. Please know that we are taking immediate steps to improve our systems and ensure that such issues do not happen again. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for all our customers, and we are committed to learning from this situation to serve you better in the future. We hope that despite these issues, your trip was enjoyable. We are happy to know that all tickets were eventually sent and that you were able to complete your journey. If there is anything more we can do to assist you or if you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to help. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Best regards, 80days.me Team
