After seeing so many bad reviews I wanted to shed some light as a long term customer. I have been shopping with EHP Labs for 8 years now, and they are personally my favorite supplement brand. I recommend them to everyone. I have tried a wide variety of products. I personally shop through the app, and I have ALWAYS received my packages within a week of ordering. I have never had delays or issues with the product. I have tried their oxyshred, which is great and works well. I have recently switch to their non-stim because of medication, but the vitamins and other supplements are good for me. The flavors of everything are also amazing, definitely on the sweeter side but everything is the best I have tasted when it comes to supplements. The Acetyl-L-Carnitine is a staple for me as it actually helps with ADD/ADHD symptoms which I struggle with. It's unflavored so I put it in water and it helps me stay focused throughout the day. Lastly, their oxywhey. I love their protein powders, best drank cold but they are so delicious I could drink them anytime and they don't upset my stomach at all. I wish their prices were cheaper, but for what it's worth the products are just amazing. If you want them cheaper they do participate in Amazon sales when they happen so keep an eye out. Many reviews dog on the website, and customer service. I have never needed to interact with customer service, so I can't speak much on that. I switched to the app the last few years instead of the website because an app is easier to stay logged into.

Great customer service and amazing products! Black Friday sale deals are so good!

Top class customer service and great products. This is my second time ordering EhpLabs products (large orders) and the entire process was easy. Quick delivery and Oxyshred tastes amazing - nothing to complain there. The most impressive thing however is the customer support. I had a small issue with one of the products that arrived and contacted their team. Complaint responded to very quickly and resolved within 24 hours. Cannot fault them at all. Will be a returning customer

All the bad reviews seem to be about shipping issues.but none about their ac tu al products. I use their products since years, I had no issues and I absolutely love their fat burner. It’s the best in the market in my opinion. Most people will leave a review, only after they had a bad experience. But remember there are plenty of people out there, who didn’t leave a review, and are very happy with the product.

I ordered some things on EHPlabs. They shipped it really fast, but then when the carrier recieved my package, they said it was delievered. I contacted EHPlabs over their email, and got in contact with the sweetest girl, Ashley. She helped me get a second order shipped. We stayed in contact under the transport this time. Once again the carrier marked my order as delievered. I contacted Ashley again, and she could see it had happened again. She made sure, that once again they would send me a new order, as it wasnt my fault - and it wasnt EHPlabs fault either. This time they changed the carrier company to UPS, and I got my order in no time. I'm so thankful for Ashley and the teams help. Their service is incredible!! I have now tried their oxyshred, and the taste of it is amazing as well. I will for sure order again in the future. Best regards Nanna Læborg, Denmark.
