Placed an order during their big sale and was charged, checked the email confirmation immediately and realised an incorrect product was listed, emailed them straight away to bring it to their attention and their response was “this product has already been packed and is ready to ship out so we cannot change it” Pretty disappointed with the blatant lack of effort to assist me, especially as it was a tech fault on their end.
