Don't buy the mowers. Garbage. First one stopped working for electrical issues. Now the wheel falls off of the second one and they refuse to send a replacement wheel. Small yard maybe 50 mows total in less than 2 years. Customer service telling ME to be logical! Never had this happen with a mower before. That's my logic. Do what's right, that's my logic. So if you're reading this be "logical" and buy something else.

Wish I could give 0 stars.Ego sucks plain and simple just got don't busting apart my nexus power station with a friscars axe like a 10 year old because of all the rage I experienced with ego tools and customer service I feel so much better smashing that piece of crap and kissing my $ goodbye.Its so much better than dealing with that company.

Customer service sucks. Told me that he car was in the shop for 3 monrhs..this time i sm waiting for a 5 month old lawn mower to get repair is normal and i should be glad it was in june because i eould have to wait longer. WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Bought an EGO mower 2 years ago as I downsized house and lot and thought it would be convenient to not have to fill a gas container. I was fully satisfied after one year of use so I purchased a blower as my 15 year old blower finally bit the dust. Last week my 2 year old battery charger along with my one year old battery charger stopped functioning the same day. I contacted customer service and the agent determined both items were under warranty and would be replaced. Yesterday I received one of the replacement chargers and it did not work right out of the box. I again contacted customer service and another new charger is being shipped. I am beginning to have concerns about this product.

Je suis jardinier paysagiste. J'ai voulu changer mon matériel thermique par de l'électrique. Je suis passé chez gammvert de Replonge (01) où ils proposent la marque Ego power. J'ai pus tester un taille haie combi système en test d'une demie journée. N'ayant pas eu de problèmes à ce moment là, hormis le poids de la batterie, j'ai fais confiance au matériel qui parait plutôt pro. J'ai donc acheté pour plus de 1800€ de matériel électrique Ego. Après une semaine d'utilisation, premier problème majeur sur le moteur du combi système avec des fumées qui se dégagent du moteur. On arrête immédiatement l'utilisation. Je rapporte donc le matériel défaillant. Un conseillé me dépanne en remplacement l'élément bloque moteur avec un nouveau. Puis deux semaines plus tard nouveau constat sur ce nouveau bloque moteur. Sur chauffe et fumées. Résultat: Au bout de trois semaines d'utilisation j'ai perdu une journée de travail et les vendeurs du magasin gammvert de Replonge me proposent une reprise avec moins 15% de la valeur acheté. J'ai donc perdu 280€ plus l'équivalent d'une journée chez mes clients. Je ne recommande donc pas la marque Ego qui peux à mon avis être dangereuse étant donné les défaillances de surchauffe.

I have had my self propelled EGO Lawn mower for 11 months and the self propelled function failed. I was directed to 3 "service centers" 2 of which only sold the lawn mowers and 1 which did service them but they were very specific the EGO products received the lowest priority for repair. They would take it but I would probably not get it back for 6 months. Finally they provided a service location, which seemed quite ready to help. I dropped it off July 24. They said they would look at it right away. I called the end of the week July 28, and the repair shop said the parts had been approved for replacement and they would get back to me when the parts arrived. I called today Aug. 4 and the repair shop said they had not received the parts and the parts order showed "pending." I called EGO customer service, which is anything but. The dude I spoke to told me about order processing and timing and manufacturing delays, in a rather circular pretzel logic. After stopping his rambling, I asked "Is the part available?" He said yes. I asked when it would be shipped......... Again we went back to the circular conversation of logistics and orders being in the queue. Bottom line I received NO INFORMATION regarding the shipment of the replacement part.

At this time I'm pending contact from a supervisor. I have had to escalate this matter. It seems like customer service is not a priority for your company. It's very disheartening to deal with these frustrating situations after spending an obscene amount of money for your products. For the pricing you charge, your customer service should be a lot better. I'm sure this complaint is falling on deaf ears, as I see your trust pilot score is trash. Do better EGO.

Hand held blower model lb6500 quit working. This item was given to me as a gift from a former employer and i have no way of finding out where it was purchased. EGO will not honor warranty without that information so now I have a 650cfm blower with charger and battery valued at $280 to throw in the trash!
