If it's not eezy then this is not the company to use. Granted, filing ISF 10 + 2 is simple on their system and setting up the entry as well but as far as them having any idea of how to assist an importer and or general knowledge of the HTSUS codes they have none and when I suggest to enter as a TIB as will be reexported instead of entering under as a consumption duty free they completely ignore the request and instead use a customers valuable time going back and forth only to inform you that they cannot handle the entry. If your shipment is not eezy don't count on this company.

Dear Raphael, We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our platform and services are designed to meet the mainstream clearance process. Unfortunately, your shipment didn't fall into this category, and requires the traditional brokerage process to make sure it is handled properly, and to avoid unnecessary costs. In case your shipment has been sent under ATA Carnet, we strongly recommend looking into the link below to learn about carnet option- https://www.cbp.gov/trade/programs-administration/entry-summary/ata-carnet-faqs We will always be happy to assist should you choose to use our services again in the future.
Very helpful for navigating the import process. Great experience. Recommended.

I import some products and Eezy import works well for me.

I wish more manufacturers knew about eezyimport and would simply suggest its use. The supplier kept pressing for me to get the ISF completed, but nobody could provide any guidance. Once I finally found the site, I was able to complete my ISF, and subsequent forms, and get my shipment documentation organized on time for its arrival.
