Very easy to use and very affordable.

It was a AAA experience for someone with very little knowledge of importing things

Online processing with reasonable fees, support, and online info. Only surprise was that after I purchased the ISF it said it could take up to 2 days to get the bond and submit, which maybe I missed, but didn't seem prominently displayed up front before deciding to purchase. The bond came through quickly however, and it all worked out well.

Great service, very fast turn around and communication. I've imported six cars with their assistance and am very happy with the process.

Always great and quick. Very helpful customer service. Highly recommend their service. We are a happy customer

Quick response to issues.

Great experience.

I'm a novice so I didn't fill out some the fields correctly but they literally described exactly what I needed to change and what the corrected info should be in very short order. I very much appreciate that, it saved my a huge headache and $$$ thousands in fees, I didn't have to pay!
