I am not yet a longtime customer of eDirectory but rather I just got onboarded. However, I do not have any complaints thus far. I wish they had a few more features that come out-of-the-box but overall it seems like one of the best edirectory softwares on the market.

When looking at different options, the question and answer sections were easy to use, gave comprehensive answers and had great ideas. The marketing and day to day operational suggestions were very insightful. The service we received was exceptional and whatever curveball we anticipated was handled patiently and professionally with utmost flexibility to our wants and needs. A highlight is the once off price, which is really excellent and definitely gives "more bang for your buck" this is surpassed only by the fact that we get access to the source code which allows us to keep our unique flair and individuality. We feel extremely confident that we are in great hands and that the attention received was not just a sales pitch. There was the perfect balance between regular follow up yet not being pushy. The product looks fantastic - it took us a while to finally come across something we'd have been proud of making ourselves. The support during the sales process was fantastic - prompt, polite and not too pushy, with some fantastic offers for us too. Very excited about continuing working with eDirectory.com!

Usually I just work with wordpress or other open source CMS, however I needed something more robust and something directory is the dedication and the seo factors are setup already to my needs so eDirectory seemed to check off everything I had in my wishlist. Also, got support in minutes not hours or days so making the decision was a no brainer.

Today I bought the edirectory software having received email updates from Daniel for over 3 years since I last talked to edirectory. What I liked most in the features was the SEO capabilities and up to date look and functions. Hoping that service keeps up once I start work on my site.

We where able to launch the system and start to data input in the first few seconds that we logged in, and staff is very responsive, when you send them emails even on the weekends
