I found eDirectory to be the best resource for my business needs as it has the most "out-of-the-box" functionality that I was looking for and the communication and interaction has been great!

Good, many features, very well set up.

After searching a number of different platforms to build my online business, I decided to go with eDirectory for a few reasons. They had all the features I needed, their platform comes with a mobile app (enterprise only), they have US based customer service, and it is a seriously well designed product.

We chose eDirectory for the ease of adding categories and the Deal feature which works almost exactly like Groupon of Living Social, but on a Local level.

I haven't gotten a chance to actually start using eDirectory first hand yet, but based on the tour I was given a few days ago, it looks like eDirectory will be able to cover most of the features that I was looking for in my site. There are still several things that I will have to build out on my own (which is why I gave a 4 star rating), but it's definitely better than having to do it all from scratch! Daniel Storm, the sales assistant that was helping walk me through the platform was nice, well articulated, and answered all of the questions that I had with confidence. I feel great about my experience so far and am excited to start using the platform!
