VERY POOR SUPPORT, my account was frozen 2 months ago, I provided proof of income, support respond AFTER 2 WEEKS, that my account unlocked, but my edgefi acc still locked, I was not able to withdraw my fund or create vcc,I sent new message to support and AFTER 2 WEEKS they respond again, supp said me that my acc unlocked but he deceived me,again, the same happened again, very poor service, I have never seen such bad support anywhere,I highly do not recommend it

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS TO GET MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! NOTHING IS WORKING AND EVERYTHING IS LOCKED! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!! I NEED MY MONEY

Didn't send my item! Ok so I waited a week, tracking number never updated. I wrote a 2 star review here but then deleted it because after informing them that I hadn't received the item, they reissued the parcel. Sounds fair enough except ... Royal Mail just informed me that the first parcel/tracking number was actually never received by them! "Thanks for your message, apologies for the delay in response. Having checked the tracking, we have no confirmation of this item being dispatched from the senders this is the reason for no updates. Please get in touch with the senders to discuss directly and request further information. I hope this helps. ^Jay" Fingers crossed I actually receive the next one but I won't be using them again!

discord webhooks dont work, uber eats rejects their cards... what am I paying monthly for? The "features" dont work and the servers are slow.. Other VCC's that are free and much better unfortunately. Discord webhooks would've been a nice touched if they worked

I will no longer be doing business with Edge. I was charged for a month that should’ve been canceled. They told me they could not refund me and did nothing to help. I would recommend using other vcc providers like slash or privacy. Avoid at all costs
