This past week marked my 23rd ECRM show since I first attended in 2011—a milestone that speaks volumes about the value ECRM consistently delivers. Over the years, I've participated in both in-person and virtual formats, representing three different companies across various categories. No matter the setting, one thing remains true: ECRM’s process works. The concept is simple yet powerful—set up a pop-up version of your product showroom and engage in focused, 10–20-minute meetings with potential buyers. These structured interactions are incredibly efficient, saving both time and travel costs while maximizing exposure. You’re not just meeting with existing contacts; you’re opening doors to new relationships and opportunities that might otherwise take months to cultivate. What sets ECRM apart is the intentionality behind every meeting. Buyers come prepared, and the format encourages meaningful dialogue. Whether you're launching a new product, testing market interest, or expanding distribution, the platform gives you a direct line to decision-makers who are actively looking for innovation. After 23 shows, I can confidently say that ECRM has been instrumental in driving growth, building partnerships, and accelerating go-to-market strategies.
