Starting from the customer service, it is immaculate. The range of eco-friendly products is large and would fit any type of business for sure. As a luxury-hospitality business, we were looking for a sustainable company to provide all our coffee station items and Eco-pliant came to stay with us.

The Eco-pliant team has been very attentive to our needs and very helpful at solving challenges we face with providing our customers customized prepared meals. Rapid delivery diminishes the need for storing lots of containers and helps with our cash flow.

Thank you Theo! We are so grateful for your business.
Our team is so grateful to have been connected with Andrew from Eco-Pliant! He was incredibly helpful in giving us quantity and product recommendations for our event. He was able to work with us to make sure the product was received in time before our load in which was so crucial. We will for sure be working with Eco-Pliant in the future. This is a must have vendor for eco conscious event productions.

Hey Caroline! This is Andrew, Eco-pliant's CEO. Thanks so much for the kind words. We hope you come back soon!
Eco-pliant is easily the best online store for sustainable packaging. They offer free shipping on all orders if you become a member which is amazing. Plus you get even more discounts as a member. Such a better experience and pricing than Webstaurant. Fast shipping and easy to track orders. I highly recommend
